DELPHI (1 Day)

LEVADIA - ARACHOVA - DELPHI (visit) - ATHENS.
Drive through LEVADIA and ARACHOVA (famous for its bright multicoloured carpets). Arrive in DELPHI, the ancient sanctuary of Apollo. Visit the Museum in which one can see among other archaeological treasures, the unique bronze Charioteer, then proceed through the sacred way to the Athenian treasury. Visit the Temple of Apollo and the Castalia Spring. Late afternoon return to Athens.

ARGOLIS - MYCENAE - EPIDAURUS (1 Day)

Leave by the coastal road along the SARONIC GULF to the CORINTH CANAL, which connects the Aegean Sea with the Ionian Sea. (Short stop). Drive on to MYCENAE, the Homeric city of the Atrides - the city "rich in gold" of the ancient poets. Visit the LION GATE, the CYCLOPEAN WALLS, the ROYAL TOMBS e.t.c.) Depart for NAFPLIO through the fertile plain of Argolis, the picturesque town nestling at the foot of a cliff crowned by the mighty ramparts of the PALAMIDI FORTRESS. After lunch leave for EPIDAURUS to visit the THEATER (4th century B.C.) famous for its astonishing acoustics. Return to ATHENS by the national road connecting EPIDAURUS with CORINTH.

Euboea (Evia) is the second largest island of the Aegean Gulf, after Crete. Separated from the mainland coast by the Evoikos Gulf and the Evripos straits. The small village of ERETRIA can be found with its registered old ship master's houses, seaside villages and quiet scenic beaches.
Our hotel is built by the seaside, amid beautiful gardens. There are 55 rooms (Hotel and bungalows) with private WC/shower and balcony. It is one hour away from Athens and only 2 km from Eretria with the intensive nightlife.
